MARKETING ASSISTANT

We are looking for an individual, who is absolutely ready and eager to take on some Marketing responsibilities.

Position 

  • Marketing Assistant

Job type 

  • Internship with the potential of a permanent position.
  • Part-time (3 days/week, 5 hours/day).
    *Prefferably Tuesday & Thursday & Saturday 14:00-19:00
  • Offsite & Onsite (Kolonaki Athens, Greece).
  • October 1st - July 1st

You will get the chance to develop your learning skills and apply them practically, building your first working experience.

    Daily duties

    • Content Research, Trends Research, Moodboards, Content Inspiration.
    • Content Creation: Photoshooting products, recording clips and producing interesting content.
    • Content Editing: Video Making, Translating written and spoken text.
    • Research similar brands weekly: to be up to date with their marketing techniques, their strategies, in order to incorporate them to your work.
    • Planning and posting: by structuring the weekly context and organizing the timeline to post content at appropriate times, following up followers interactions.
    • Suggest more creative communication techniques and develop a closer relationship with the audience.
    • Record packing orders, backstage videos, designing videos, production videos etc.
    • Take on Social Media Accounts (Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest), and follow plan to meet Marketing Goals.
    • Collect and keep track of all clients mentioning the brand and wearing products and repost them regularly.
    • File and repost all Press Releases and featured articles.
    • Plan and Book appointments for studio photoshoots (click to read  our Conscious Models & Characters campaign).
    • Run the campaigns and in collaboration with the VV Retoucher Team create final content for online Marketing.

    Qualifications

    Graduate/Student in Marketing/Digital Marketing & Advertising

    Skills

    • Excellent command of English Language (spoken & written) 
    • Excellent knowledge of at least 6 the following platforms: 

    Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Microsoft Office, Instagram, TikTok, Shopify, Facebook, Calendly.
