EVENTS & PUBLIC RELATIONS ASSISTANT

We are seeking an individual who is fully prepared and enthusiastic to work as an Event Marketing and PR Assistant, responsible for promoting and marketing our brand in both live and digital formats.

Job type 

  • Internship with the potential of a permanent position.
  • Part-time (2-3 days/week, 5 hours/day).
  • Offsite & Onsite (Kolonaki Athens, Greece).
  • December 10th - August 1st

    You will be assisting the Brand Owner with the following daily duties, learning from her, and applying your knowledge by working independently when feeling confident.

    Daily duties

    1. Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competition.

    2. Magazines & Events Presence: Maintain brand visibility in magazines and events.

    3. Collaboration Research: Identify potential collaborations with brands of complementary products.

    4. Celeb & Influencer Engagement: Arrange partnerships with celebrities and influencers.

    5. Stylists & Partners Coordination: Collaborate with stylists and partners for media and entertainment presence.

    6. Fashion Event Outreach: Connect with fashion events for brand participation.

    7. Event Marketing Strategy: Plan marketing strategies for events.

    8. Operations & Logistics: Handle event logistics and operations.

    9. Supplier & Participant Management: Manage event suppliers and participants.

    10. Pre/Post-Event Advertising: Promote events before and after they happen.

    11. Trends Research & Content Creation: Research industry trends and create relevant content.

    12. Content Editing: Edit marketing materials for consistency and quality.

    Qualifications

    Graduate/Student in Event Marketing or Public Relations Management

    Skills

    • Excellent command of English Language (spoken & written) 
    • Excellent knowledge of at least 6 the following platforms: 

    Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, Website Platform: Shopify, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Calendly, Photoshop, Canva, Capcut.
