VV Team - External Sales Partners 

Dear beloved assistants, 

In light of the partnership proposals we’ve received from distribution channels and the recommendations we’ve gotten from you after your collaboration with our brand, we would like to thank you and offer all of you, who have been members of our team, a new opportunity for rewarding your valuable support. 

Therefore, we have created the opportunity for external sales collaboration with flexible hours and compensation based on commissions and referrals. 

Collaboration Model: 

  • External Sales Partner 

  • Goal: Create referrals and new partnerships through your personal network 

  • Compensation: Based on a percentage of sales that arise from the partnerships you bring 

Role of External Sales Partner: 

You will be responsible for promoting the brand and seeking new partnerships or clients via your personal network in distribution channels. For every new partnership you close and is referred to you via recommendations or new contacts, you will receive a commission from the sales made through this partnership.  

Compensation and Percentages: 

  • You will receive a 10% commission on sales for every deal you close. 

  • The sales percentage is determined based on the agreement with the client you close, from which your commission percentage is calculated. 

  • Payment will be made after the completion of the sales. 

  • The commission will be repeated for every new deal, even with the same distribution channel. 

Responsibilities and Benefits: 

  • Full-time employment is not required; you have the freedom to determine your schedule and location of work. 

  • You will exclusively use branded promotional materials (brochures, presentations, product catalogs), as well as tools for tracking the partnerships. 

  • You will operate with the brand’s internal software and email system, using your own contact details. 

Implementation Process: 

If there is interest from any of your clients, you will be able to attend meetings with our team and the proposed client to finalize the partnership. 

After the deal is closed, the internal team will work with you to confirm the agreement and calculate your commission, with full support and coverage from our accounting department.

An additional update, training session, and support materials for the new collaboration model will follow, as well as an agreement between each external partner and the brand.
